How Reservations Work
Booking a private yacht in Kemer is straightforward. Once you select your preferred vessel and cruising date, our team will walk you through a short confirmation process designed to protect both you and the vessel owner. Every charter is allocated to a single group per time slot, so early confirmation helps us guarantee availability.
Securing Your Booking with a Deposit
A 20 % advance payment is required to lock in your chosen date and yacht. This deposit acts as a mutual commitment: the vessel is reserved exclusively for you, and any preparatory costs — crew scheduling, fuel allocation, provisions — are set in motion on your behalf.
If you cancel with fewer than 48 hours' notice, please be aware that a portion or all of the deposit may be retained to cover the owner's incurred expenses.
Accepted Payment Channels
We offer several convenient ways to complete your deposit:
- In-Person at Our Office: Visit our Kemer branch during business hours.
- Hotel or Accommodation Pickup: A member of our team can come to your hotel lobby or villa to collect the payment.
- On-Board Payment: Inspect the yacht first and pay the deposit dockside (availability dependent).
- Wire Transfer (IBAN / SWIFT): Ideal for international guests; processing may take 2–4 business days.
- Secure Online Link: We will send a credit-card payment link via email or messaging app for instant processing.
Confirmation & Documentation
As soon as your deposit clears, you will receive an email confirmation together with a unique reservation code. If you prefer messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram, a brief summary will be sent there as well. You can track your booking status at any time through our website using that reservation code.
A printed or digital receipt is available upon request for any payment made in person.
Settling the Remaining Balance
The outstanding balance is due in cash on the day of your cruise, payable directly aboard the yacht before departure — unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing beforehand.
Cancellation & Date-Change Policy
We understand that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. Our policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while remaining fair to the crew and vessel operators who prepare for your trip in advance.
Full Refund Window
Cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure and your deposit will be returned in full — no questions asked.
Late Cancellations (Under 48 Hours)
For cancellations submitted within 48 hours of departure or on the cruise day itself, a refund is possible only if we succeed in filling the vacated slot with another booking. If the time slot remains open, the deposit may be forfeited to compensate for preparation costs already incurred.
Rescheduling Your Trip
Life happens — illness, flight delays, family emergencies. If you need to move your charter to a different date, simply notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to offer alternative dates at no extra charge, subject to yacht availability.
Private Transfer Arrangements
We coordinate door-to-marina transfers so your day starts and ends without hassle. Our fleet includes premium vehicles such as Mercedes Vito and comparable VW Crafter models, suitable for groups of varying sizes.
