1How to Make a Reservation
Chartering a private yacht in Kemer is far simpler than most travellers expect. Once you have picked your date and the yacht you like best from our fleet, our team guides you through a short confirmation process. This procedure protects both your rights as a guest and the operator's daily planning.
For every booking, the yacht is allocated exclusively to you during the agreed time slot. That is why early confirmation is the safest way to lock in the date you want, especially in summer and on weekends.

2Confirming Your Reservation with a Deposit
We block the yacht under your name
Only 20% of the total price is collected as a deposit. This payment is a mutual commitment. The yacht is taken off the market exclusively for you, while crew scheduling, fuel allocation and catering preparations begin straight away.
When a cancellation reaches us less than 48 hours before departure, part or all of the deposit may not be refunded, since it covers the expenses the operator has already committed to.
3Payment Options
Pay your deposit in whichever way feels easiest. Whichever option you choose, a digital receipt or printed invoice is in your hands within minutes upon request.
At Our Office
Drop by our Kemer office during working hours and pay in person.
At Your Hotel or Villa
A representative from our team comes to your accommodation and collects the payment there.
On Board
If you would like to inspect the yacht first, you may also pay your deposit at the marina, right on the boat (subject to availability).

International transfers usually take 2 to 4 working days depending on your bank.

4Confirmation and Documentation
The moment your deposit reaches our account, the rest of the process is fully under your control. You receive a confirmation email together with a unique reservation code inside the same message.
If you prefer WhatsApp or Telegram, we send a short confirmation message there as well. With your reservation code you can check the status of your booking on our website at any time.
Balance Payment
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the remaining amount is paid in cash on board on the day of the tour, just before departure. If you need our bank details, want to settle in a different currency or prefer another method, simply let our reservation team know in advance. There is always an alternative.
5Cancellation and Date Change Policy
We know that holiday plans can shift in a heartbeat. Our policy aims to be as flexible as possible for you, while remaining fair to the crew and the operator preparing the yacht for your day. The cards below summarise clearly what happens depending on when the cancellation is made.
Full Refund
For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure, the deposit is refunded in full.
Conditional Refund
If we manage to fill the freed slot with a new reservation, a refund is processed. Otherwise, since preparation costs have already been incurred, the deposit may not be refunded.
Refund at Risk
Same day cancellations are unlikely to be eligible for a refund. Please notify us as early as possible and we will always look for a way out together.
Date Change
If illness, a flight delay or a family matter forces you to reschedule, simply inform us at least 48 hours before departure. Subject to yacht availability, we do our best to offer an alternative date at no extra cost.
So far we have offered a suitable alternative within the same season to more than 95% of guests who requested a date change. Flexibility is our priority.
6Private Transfer Service

Pricing
Transfer fees depend on the distance, passenger count and route. A single message to our reservation team is enough for a current quote.
Flexible Return
Would you like to spend extra time in central Kemer after the tour? If the schedule allows, your return transfer can be delayed by a few hours. Just share your preference at the time of booking.
For parties of more than four guests, a single Crafter is usually more cost effective than a combination of Vito vehicles. Talk to our team before booking and we will design the most suitable option for you.
